0–30 Days: Product may be returned within 30 days after the original date of purchase (order date) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.
31–60 Days: Unopened product may be returned within 31–60 days for a 90% refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the entire order. We do not issue partial refunds/returns.
Refunds are issued for the total amount, minus the shipping and handling.

Shipping costs associated with returning product are the responsibility of the Customer/Member returning the product.
Any commissions and bonuses earned on the returned products will be deducted from the refund amount on all return transactions. Returned product may impact bonuses and commissions paid to the upline/sponsor.
