–30 Days: The product may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date (order date) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs.
31–60 Days: Unopened products may be returned within 31–60 days for a 90% refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the entire order. We do not issue partial refunds/returns.
Refunds are issued for the total amount, minus shipping and handling costs.

Shipping costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the Customer/Member returning the product.
Any commissions and bonuses earned on the returned products will be deducted from the refund amount on all return transactions. Returned product may impact bonuses and commissions paid to the upline/sponsor.
Replacements
Any replacements requested after an order has been returned to us due to not being collected on time, maximum attempts for delivery, not collected at a pickup point after an attempted delivery, incorrect shipping information, or missing shipping information will incur a charge for the replacement’s shipping and handling fees.
